Heathcliff (Heath) Berghofer

Heath was first called to the bar in 2019.

Heath is a Barrister practising in commercial litigation and family law. His past experience as a solicitor includes commercial litigation, debt recovery, body corporate levy recovery, building defect claims, contractual disputes and family law.

Heath graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing.
